TESA : técnica empleada cuando el varón carece de espermatozoides en el eyaculado y en tubo deferente
Precisa del estudio y la confirmación de espermatozoides en los testículos, mediante biopsía testicular, el empleo de FIV - I.C.S.I. es imprescindible.
Frenado del funcionamiento ovarico.
Estimulación del ovario para producir un número adecuado de folículos (ovocitos).
Biopsia-Aspiración de espermatozoides en los testículo y selección de los mejores.
Punción folicular bajo sedación anestésica.
LABORATORIO: recogida y selección de los ovocitos del líquido folicular. Microinyección de los ovocitoscon espermatozoides procedentes de la biopsia testicular. Confirmación de la fecundación ovocitaria 18 h. post microinyección. Cultivo embrionario entre 2-5 dias.
Transferencia embrionaria bajo control ecográfico. TESA is the microinyection of testicular espermatozoa, retrieved through testicular byopsia. Stimulation of the ovary to produce an appropriate number of follicles (ovocytes). Follicular puncture under anaesthetics sedation. Puncture the testicles and selection of the most viable spermatozoa to fecundate the ovules. At the laboratory: Microinjection of the ovules with spermatozoa proceding from the testicles, embryos culture for 2 to 5 days. Transference of the embryos under echographic control.
